Further to our letter from October we understand that Adult Education have now brought in parking enforcements.

We will continue to be able to use the carpark for drop off from 8.15-9.15am and pick up from 2.30-3.45pm daily. Please ensure that you use the REAR carpark. We will continue to pass a list of key events planned ahead in the term, e.g. open evening, Christmas productions, Christmas Fair and parents evening to Adult Education and this list will be published on the school website under parents’ information and titled “School Events.” This is not an exclusive list of school events, but are the planned events which Adult Education have approved. You will not be required to show a pass during the stipulated hours of these events.

Unfortunately, for smaller events that occur ad hoc throughout the year, you will not be able to use the car park without risk of incurring a fine, unless you confirm with their reception that you are able to park for a school event, should the car park spaces be available.

Please be aware that anyone found to be parked outside of a marked bay, obstructing access to other vehicles or pathways are likely to receive a penalty notice even within the stipulated hours. We sincerely hope this won’t be the case however, in recent weeks Adult Education have experienced car users blocking bays and parking on pathways.

This might also be an opportunity to remind those using the area that smoking and dogs are not permitted on site.
