Children’s Mental Health Week

We all had a great week celebrating, learning about, raising the profile of and reducing the stigma of mental health. We know it’s okay not to be okay and to ask for help. We also know that there are many things we can do to help ourselves and we learnt lots during this week.

 

The children took part in many varied activities, for example, breathing techniques, making and using stress socks, creating jars of happiness, learning song and dance routines with positive messages (for example the power of yet, brave face etc), mindfulness colouring, making well-being dice, sewing and much more!
